Dear Maintainer,

When installing beagle package on non amd64/arm64 architecture, the
following error is generated:

$sudo apt install beagle
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libhtsjdk-java : Depends: libngs-java but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

The root cause is sra-sdk dependency which is only available for amd64
and arm64 architectures.

Yes, that's correct. It's due to

sra-sdk (3.0.3+dfsg-5) unstable; urgency=medium

I do not see any sensible chance to fix this since sra-sdk is only
available for amd64 and arm64 architectures.

Kind regards
