Hi, what is the state of your effort to get CTranslate2 into Debian?

Is this something for the Debian Deep Learning team?

I am looking at <URL: https://github.com/guillaumekln/faster-whisper/ >,
which need CTranslate2, and thus am curious how far away from Debian
packages you are.

OK.  So no draft packaging so far?  Did you plan to team maintain the
packages or did you plan individual maintenance?

I do a bad job maintaining the packages I already got, so I am reluctant
to add to the load, but might be able to do a stunt to create draft
packaging.

Why do you want the package in Debian?  I came across it when looking at
faster-whisper.
