Dear Maintainer,

In gnome-control-center> power, there is an option with a switch "wifi can be turned off to save power",
which means if I turn the switch off, wifi will not be turned off to save power.
But in actuality, disabling that option turns wifi off. TYurning wifi back one reactivates the
troublesome switch.

I would expect the switch to function that if you turn it off, wifi stays on all the time.

I know you guys work hard on this stuff. Kudos to you! See what you can do about this.
