This is a forward of the Ubuntu bug
<https://launchpad.net/bugs/2012146>. After the bug reporter had
upgraded from Ubuntu 22.10 to 23.04, ibus started to consume a lot of
cpu when using ardour. The ardour version available in Ubuntu 22.10 is
1:6.9.0+ds0-2.

It's worth mentioning that the issue is not present with the Ardour
7.3.0 binary from upstream. That made me wonder if there may be
something with the packaging — hence this bug report.
