I was thinking to set this as wishlist but as the main functionality is
to support broken packages I set the severity to normal.

The zcfan daemon comes with only a systemd startup file which makes it
unusable with sysv init.

Please provide a init.d script for it. (I have a pretty simple one but
it is not complete right now. Will send it when I made it better.)

Thanks for this.

It appears that zcfan has never had an initscript. I think it would be best
first to provide your initscript to the zcfan maintainer and ask for it to be
included in the package.

I'm adding the moreinfo tag, as without a tested-and-working init script
for zcfan, there's not much I can do as the o-s-s maintainer here.

Klaus - if you get a zcfan init script that works (and the zcfan
maintainer and/or upstream are happy with) hopefully it can go into the
zcfan package itself. Obviously if the zcfan maintainer won't take it it
could be considered for inclusion in orphan-sysvinit-scripts.
