When resizing windows decorated by non-standard decorations in Plasma 5.27.2 Wayland, the window decorations such as window title and buttons are malformed and nigh unusable.

This was reported here [1] and apparently got fixed with this commit [2], as mentioned in the bug report.

This happens on a fresh install of the current bookworm installation without further adjustments and noticeably impacts the workflow when the window is not correctly displayed most of the time and moving/resizing windows with the mouse is not feasible due to this anymore.
Cherry-picking that commit would be greatly appreciated.
