Dear Maintainer,

The Printer parameters displays some settings as Off in the gui. However the french translation displays "Hors Tension".

Whereas "Hors Tension" applies for a printer which would be off-line for instance (litteraly off-voltage), settings set to "off" should translate in a different way, like "Désactivé" (I guess this is a FAQ in translation, and I've been far away from translation groups for too long, sorry).
