You package cpptraj has an autopkgtest, great.
However, it fails everywhere except on amd64. Can you please investigate the situation and fix it?

I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report.

Interestingly, the same segmentation faults happen during build,
although they do not terminate the build process.

Control: severity -1 important
Control: retitle -1 cpptraj: FTBFS on \!amd64

I have extended the build time tests to catch segfaulting executables.
Therefore all architectures for which autopkgtests failed now FTBFS.

Now binaries of all non-amd64 architectures are excluded. Thus cpptraj
should be allowed to migrate to testing, at least for amd64.
