In KDE, when a opensnitch dialog timed out and a connection is blocked, a notification show up in my lower right corner that the connection was indeed blocked. These notifications never expire, causing a machine running over the weekend with Firefox running, to fill the right part of screen with a lot of notifications. I have to manually click away these notifications to get rid of them. Can the behaviour be changed to expire these popup notifications after a while, for example 15 minutes?
This issue was reported here: https://github.com/evilsocket/opensnitch/issues/673 I didn't find a proper way of solving it.
[Gustavo Iñiguez Goya] Thanks for leting me know.
I forgot to mention that the issue is closed upstream.
I just tested using the version in unstable, and the notification went away after a few seconds when using KDE from Debian 12.
