Dear Maintainer,
it is impossible for visually impaired users to use this package with orca as it doesn't read emails when you use the arrow keys

I tried to read emails by scrolling with the down arrow keys, when tutorial and child posission messeges are turned on in orca, orca correctly states the number and how many items there are, for instance, 3 of 19 when you scroll to email number 3 in a list of 19 emails
