Dear Maintainer,

I have a pi400 and upgraded it to debian 12. I configured a new panel
since the one I had was clumsy, with the classical : menu then
launcher then taskbar then several system icons

The icons of the launcher are too large compared to the button size so
they are cut at the top and not well centered

I suspect a margin/padding problem (I do not know gtk, just judging
from my CSS, SwiftUI and swing knowledge), I do not know if it is
linked to the raspberry pi. I deleted all files from the original
installation in /etc/xdg/lxpanel and only have the default files. I
also deleted previous .config/lxpanel to have it created by
configuration dialog.
