After a fresh installation via debootstrap (no local users) and
after registering the host on FreeIPA the user cannot login first
time, because gnome-initial-setup doesn't show anything but a fancy
background. Esp. there is no dialog for an initial setup. Logout
doesn't help; it is restarted.

Workaround is to uninstall gnome-initial-setup.
