   * What led up to the situation?

        Activating the gnome-shell bluetooth buton.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

        Arrow that showed available devices not displayed. Going to the gnome
control center was the only way to display and connect to device.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

        Only activating bluetooth adapter works. Before I was able to go from
the same button to the available devices list.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

        Previous behaviour: Activating bluetooth and get arrow to see available
devices.
