This provides local HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS proxy server or tunnel. What features make it stand out:
- support for lots of types of upstream connections: SOCKS, VMess, Shadowsocks, Wireguard, etc. -- which is crucial to
  fight internet censorship in countries like China, Iran, Russia, etc.
- rule-based routing based on domain, geoip, process name, etc. -- which makes it easy to proxy / route via tunnel
  only what is censored or what you need, not all your traffic
- it also has rules subscription feature, similar to what ad blockers have -- which again makes it useful to
  fight censorship, since lists of blocked sites change often, and it's hard to keep up for regular users

Also, have to add that Clash.Meta is a fork of Clash, but fully open-source (original Clash has closed source premium version) and with more features.

Clash is already packaged by official Arch, Fedora, FreeBSD, OpenSUSE repos, see https://pkgs.org/download/clash
