Dear Maintainer,

If FireFox is open and you click the Home Page link in Synaptic Package Manger, you get a the message dialog
“Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To use Firefox, you must first close the existing Firefox
process, restart your device, or use a different profile.”

If FireFox is closed, works as expected.
