(dpkg-buildpackage ; dpkg-buildpackage -S).

debian-devel showed that we might want to revisit the requirement of a working
'clean' target.

I have tried to reproduce this bug building[1] 3.3.2-1 with no success. I
believe we should mark this as done.

[1] Using:

* sudo pbuilder build --twice <PACKAGE>.dsc

and

* sudo reprotest --vary=-build_path,domain_host.use_sudo=1 --auto-build
<PACKAGE>.dsc -- schroot unstable-amd64-sbuild
