I am no longer willing to spend any time for stuff related to Hashicorp.
Therefore I orphan this package now.

Seems nobody is interested in this package.  The only use of this
package in Debian is in golang-github-tombuildsstuff-giovanni.

I suggest we remove both from testing, and keep them from re-entering,
until there is any real use of these two libraries.  And someone willing
to maintain them.

Objections?

I think we could just raise the severity of this bug, and that will
trigger testing autoremoval eventually.

Let's raise the severity of this bug, so that
golang-github-hashicorp-go-azure-helpers and
golang-github-tombuildsstuff-giovanni could be removed from testing.

I believe we could remove both package from Debian completely now, but
let's see if removing it from testing triggers any further discussion.
Then later on we can re-assign this as a RM: RoTeamM bug.
