Dear Maintainer,

I was trying to report a KWin crash using drkonqi. I answered all the many
questions the "KWin - The KDE Crash Handler" window (which I believe is
drkonqi) asked me, pressed Submit, and ... it has been sitting there
spinning
the little cogwheel for about 10 hours now, without actually sending.
Ideally,
it should actually send the error report. Or at least time out
eventually, not
sit there literally overnight, presumably retrying some sort of operation.
(It's very opaque what is actually going on.)

I mean, reportbug itself is weirdly hard to use, but at least it detects
a failure
to send and tells the user what is happening.
