Hi,

Since some recent version, every time I delete a mail, the list scrolls
up a few messages, and I need to manually scroll down again, every time.

Cheers,
Alex

Hi Carsten,

I tried disabling the extensions (in case there was something that I
forgot about, because AFAIR, I don't use any), and it still misbehaves.

Next thing I can try is starting a new profile. I'll update then.

Thanks,
Alex

I also bought a new screen (1440p), and tweaked text size of many fonts,
and also a few other related settings, so it may be a combination of things.

I'll try a few things. Maybe I end faster nuking all, and starting with a
clean install of thunderbird.

Cheers,
Alex

I'm not 100% certain, so not setting a forwarded-to on this bug yet, but this
sounds a lot like this upstream bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1857766

Does the description on that bugreport match the behaviour you found, Alex?

(someone also mentioned a vaguely-similar-sounding issue on debian-user
yesterday, which is why I'm taking a brief look)

Hi James!

Hmmm, it could be; I'm not 100% sure either. I moved to using mutt(1)
soon after reporting that bug, so I have forgotten some details. Sorry.

Thanks!

Have a lovely night,
Alex
