Hi, it would be nice to have a checklist of things to check for sending mails to mailing lists that require a GPG signature. So far it is at least: - No whitespace or unsigned text (#1050915), excluding Thunderbird as mail client - Requiring re-signing the mail content on every new delivery attempt (#1051941) - Informing that invalid mails get blackholed, and not rejected (#1050906) - Info on where the keys are sourced from, to be able to check for e.g. expired keys - Document where to ask when mails still don't go through (#debian-lists on irc.oftc.net) Ideally this should then be linked from the respective overview pages to easily be found, e.g. https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/ Greetings, Lee
Hallo! Du (Lee Garrett) hast geschrieben: The startpoints for our public documentation is https://lists.debian.org/ or https://www.debian.org/MailingLists/ additional Information is at https://wiki.debian.org/DebianMailingLists/ and https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/ListMaster (and yes, it would be a good idea to consolidate and structure that) Yours, Cord, Debian Listmaster of the day

Hi, As regular users of GPG-validated lists, the LTS Team assembled documentation about common issues, which I merged at: https://wiki.debian.org/DebianMailingLists#PGP-based_approvals sometimes last year. I believe this particular bug can be closed :) Cheers! Sylvain Beucler Debian LTS Team
