Dear Maintainer,

The manual page for proc "man proc" provides some documentation of
/proc/net/udp but it does not document everything.  In particular it
does not document the last column "drops".  Specifically I was looking
for confirmation of whether the value is the number of packets or bytes.
Please add documentation for the missing columns.
