upgrade of libgbm1:amd64 23.2.1-1 -> 23.3.0~rc1-1 and related mesa packages

Display of large images on abc.net.au e.g. at:

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-10-27/sc-jeep-man/103024156

in Chromium 118.0.5993.117-1

resulted in only top and bottom of images displayed

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Downgrading libgbm1:amd64 23.3.0~rc1-1 -> 23.2.1-1 and related mesa packages

resolved the issue.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
