There's already support for discord through the bitlbee-libpurple
plugin, but this one is a little more straightforward and doesn't
require pulling in the entire libpurple attack surface...

After writing this report, I have also found two alternate
implementation, one is an actual IRC server and the other an irssi
plugin.

the ircd has this interesting WARNING that Discord might consider any
non-native client to be a bot and accordingly banned.
