Please consider adopting it if you want to care for it.
It does not take a lot of time because upstream is not moving very fast.

Hello,

I'd like to adopt the Debian package for Spyne (spyne) and take
responsibility for its ongoing maintenance. I plan to review the current
Debian packaging, check compatibility with current Python versions, address
outstanding bugs, and keep the Debian package aligned with upstream
releases where appropriate. I found the existing Request for Adoption bug
#1055358. Does the Debian Python Team have any preferred workflow for
taking over? I'm happy to work with a sponsor while I get started with
Debian packaging.

Hi David,

Thanks for the offer. The best way going forward is to create a Merge
Request or upload a package to mentors.debian.org combined with a bug on
pseudo-package sponsorship-requests.

Alternatively, you can become a Python Team member, which will grant you
access to the git repository. For uploads you would then ask on the
Python Team's IRC.
