The README refers to Rus Cox's high quality documentation on his web-site.

It would be nice to not depend on these external links, as the article on
tri-gram indexes (which this is the software to) is very important.

I do not think it is sensible to add 1.7MB compressed doc to a 34kB
tarball.  If you think that doc is valuable please package it separately
and it would be fine to Suggest this separate package in codesearch.

Thus removing the patch tag and adding wontfix tag.
