* Package name : monaspace * URL : https://github.com/githubnext/monaspace/tree/main * License : OFL-1.1 Programming Lang: N/A Description : An innovative superfamily of fonts for code I'll maintain this under the fonts team. It is not easy to find a good coding font. This one looks great. The Monaspace type system: a monospaced type superfamily with some modern tricks up its sleeves. It is comprised of five variable axis typefaces. Each one has a distinct voice, but they are all metrics- compatible with one another, allowing you to mix and match them for a more expressive typographical palette. Thank you for using reportbug
Same here! How far have you come with your efforts to package this font? I have seen an empty GIT repository here, but nothing more yet: https://salsa.debian.org/fonts-team/fonts-monaspace# Cheers, - Fabian

Hi Fabian, Feel free to collaborate or even take this ITP over. My motivation of packaging this font is blocked by the too-wide font width: https://github.com/githubnext/monaspace/issues/22 That makes it very difficult to use in my terminal emulator. At the time when I filed the ITP, there was no source available to reproduce the font. I took a quick glance and it seems that the .glyph files are present, so we can finally package it without breaking Debian policy.
