This is evident from the fact that emails with attachments cannot be scanned. The only solution is every time
systemctl disable --now clamav-daemon.socket
systemctl enable --now clamav-daemon.service
systemctl restart clamav-daemon.service

Please solve this problem! This has been in place since spring 2023.
