Dear Maintainer,

Switching networks during an active OpenVPN connection causes
Plasmashell to crash. The issue is partially reproducible.

*Steps to Reproduce:

1. Connect to an OpenVPN network.
2. Change to a different network while the OpenVPN connection is active.

*Observed Behavior:*
When transitioning between networks with an active OpenVPN connection,
Plasmashell crashes intermittently.
The problem's reproducibility is inconsistent, occurring only in certain
instances. Debug information from the crash handler has been provided
below for further analysis.

*Additional Information:*
Attached below are the debug details obtained from the crash handler for
reference.

*Expected Behavior:* Plasmashell should be able to handle network
changes seamlessly, particularly during an active OpenVPN session,
without experiencing crashes. The system's stability should be
maintained while switching between networks while utilizing OpenVPN.
