Dear Maintainer,

On sources.debian.org, for the package asterisk [1], the latest version available
for Buster is 16.2.1~dfsg-1+deb10u2, but on package.debian.org [2], it's the version
16.28.0~dfsg-0+deb10u4.

Note: the API [3] is also affected.
