qtwebengine-opensource-src update to 5.15.15 in bookworm-backports breaks
libqt5webview5 in bookworm which is a dependency of plasma-discovery.

5.15.15+dfsg-2~bpo12+2, which was uploaded only a few hours before you
submitted your bug report.  It should have worked its way through the queue
and the mirrors by now and be available for you to download.
