Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an NMU for writeboost (versioned as 1.20170616-1.3) and
uploaded it to DELAYED/10. Please feel free to tell me if I
should delay it longer.

This will change the install location to /usr, for the currently
ongoing UsrMerge effort [1].
