This is *really* low priority, but mayb its easy/simple.

manpages-l10n hase one man page with groff graphics. The graphics are
included in the macros .PS and .PE which are stripped out from the
translated set.

Maybe the strings within this macros could be added to the translated
set?

More details and the full discussion (unfortunately with some side
discussions) can be found at:

Hello,

how should these macro be considered? Locale::Po4a::Man proposes options to
handle macros that are not known to po4a. For example, if the content of this
macro should be ignored, try adding "-o untranslated PS,PE" to the command line
or alias definition in your config file.

Other such options exist, such as translate_joined or translate_each, etc.

HTH,
Mt

I'm not into knowledgable of groff, so excuse if I say something
stupid.

No, quite the contrary, the macro should be included, i.e. strings
within should be translatable. Current setup simply ignores them, so
the graphics appears in english.

I'll check them. I vaguely remember that we tried something many years
back and ran into problems (but did not investigage, because this is
*really low priority).

This explains it much better than I could (except lots of side
discussions).

Greetings
