Dear Maintainer,

The Telegram is present in version 4.14.9+ds-1, which causes those using
older versions to have problems viewing certain messages that show that the
version is not supported. Would it be possible to submit the current
version present in testing to backports by updating the version that is
there? I believe it is not necessary to update what is in stable (bookworm)
and the problem affects the current version in bookworm-backports with the
version 4.8.1+ds-2~bpo12+1 too.
