Hello to everyone interested!

I am working on packaging TDLib. You will find my current progress on Salsa.

This package is a dependency of the newer version of Telegram Desktop. It is
based on the original TDLib. Changes from the fork can be incorporated if they
are needed for aiotdlib and slidge-slidgram.
