        * Started up TB
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
        * tried configure the gmail account from scratch did not resolve the
problem
   * What was the outcome of this action?
        * nothing changed
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
        * download all messages

 * Tried in a Ubuntu VM and it worked ok using the same version of TB (115.9)
