Hi,

Recently ran into a use case with DWARFS, so thought about packaging it.
Is this still being worked on or should I have a go at it?

FYI, they have some options to use system gtest/fastfloat/zstd, so it's
in better shape for debian. And fbthrift and folly are git submodules,
so can be brought in as d/watch gitmodules.
