what happens is that on arches that don't have QtWebEngine, the ktorrent build succeeds but doesn't produce some of the files expected by dh_install for the arch:all ktorrent-data package.

The issue doesn't happen on buildds where arch:all packages are built on amd64 and other arches run dh_install -a.

There is no easy way to split the generation of the arch:all files for ktorrent in a separate build-indep target so I'm marking this bug as whishlist+wontfix.
