Hi,

would it be possible to color-code the Excuses links based on the
migration status? I'd think about
* green -> "Will attempt migration"
* red -> "BLOCKED"
* (default) -> "check later"

Maybe the "red" flag could further be distinguished between "inherited"
and "local".
