This warning is still happening. The reason is described in [1].
From my reading of the file, changing the docstring to a raw docstring,
i.e. ''' → r''' on line 1, should solve the issue.

Python 3.13 is the current default. It's still not critical since this is only a warning and functionality does
not appear to be affected, but it might be an easy fix.

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
pyopengl, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.

A summary of the changes between this version and the previous one is
attached.
