Dear Maintainer,

New pristeen installation with Debian 12 (Bookworm) with pre-existing
filter rules causes this.  Filters mark some message-list entries in
red but not others.  This can be seen as soon as the rules are
complete, but goes away (all entries revert to black on white) as soon
as one brings up a window from some other application and is not
restored when focus returns to claws-mail.  Clicking on different
mailboxes seems to cause the rules to be rerun and color returns only
to disappear again when claws-mail loses focus.

I suspect some interaction with gnome, and I have tried:
has no effect.  The problem persists.  Apparently the "correct
(default)" theme IS IN control.
