Per the discussion on debian-devel, Debian will switch to wtmpdb for
Y2038-safe wtmp recording. If your package writes wtmp entries,
please switch to libwtmpdb.

I think Mosh would be happy to support this transition, but Mosh doesn't
write to utmp/wtmp itself or with a PAM module; Mosh uses libutempter for
this. If libutempter is going to be updated to use wtmpdb, I don't think
Mosh itself has to change.

I agree with Keith -- marking the relationship with the src:libutempter
but, but leaving this one open to track potentially doing a binary rebuild
if a binNMU doesn't happen automatically.
