Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading to 127,

- It does not open my previous tabs on start, causing me to loose much
  work
- Even exiting and restarting, it will not keep track of tabs going
  forward (and yes startup is set to "Open previous windows and tabs")
- Even "bugreport" which attempted to open up a firefox window on the
  debian bugs site jsut ended up opening a window to my Home Page

In addition also the bookmarks toolbar is empty (though those bookmarks
are still accessible through the bookmarks menu)

FYI:

I haven't seen that behaviour after upgrading...  and I do have quite a
few tabs in many windows open.
Maybe it happens not in all configurations.

plasma-integration addon is installed (so likely KDE d-e is used), even
if it is disabled. When Firefox is launched after the upgrade it expects
some kind of password login, maybe a Mozilla account or maybe the main
password vault, but if this password is ignored the Firefox window will
be blank, the tabs will be forgotten, and the profile corrupt. In my
case I couldn't find my tabs in the history either, only restoring the
profile from backup and providing the password on first launch worked
around the bug.
It is repeatable in my case, if I restore the original profile folder
(~.mozilla) all my tab history is gone again.

seems unrelated, what affects the outcome is the Mozilla account.

Yes! I haven't been able to get it to remember my tabs for a week, but I
put in the password once, and now my tabs are properly restored on
startup (even if I don't enter the password). Nice catch, thanks!

It'd be great if we could get 127.0.1 in which this is fixed.

I just got the forced-restart and all my tabs were restored even though
I didn't enter the master password. Seems fixed.
