Dear maintainer(s), Your package has an autopkgtest, great. However, it fails since around November 2023 on ppc64el because it times out. Can you please investigate the situation and fix it? I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report. The release team has announced [1] that failing autopkgtest on amd64 and arm64 are considered RC in testing. Because it times out where a successful run took only minutes, I have added coyote to the ci.d.n reject_list for ppc64el and will remove it when this bug is closed. More information about this bug and the reason for filing it can be found on https://wiki.debian.org/ContinuousIntegration/RegressionEmailInformation Paul [1] https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2019/07/msg00002.html https://ci.debian.net/packages/c/coyote/unstable/ppc64el/46719718/ 61s % CGHISTOPLOT: NANs found in the data. Hi, This is a known bug on the interpreter package, gnudatalanguage, and it remains unfixed upstream since quite a while. I have now idea how to fix it myself. The bug is already files under #976912. I fact, it is a duplicate, but I will keep it in the coyote package as a reminder However, it (so far) affects only the ppc64el architecture; on other Debian architectures it works well and the coyote package is useful. That's why I am lowering the severity. Best, Ole
user debian-powerpc@lists.debian.org usertags 976912 ppc64el thanks Have the ppc64el porters been warned about this issue? (I couldn't spot it on their list). Paul
