Please remove the stale dependency on python3-lockfile.

python3-lockfile build depens on python3-nose
  python3-nose build depends on 2to3 and is 10 years dead upstream
    2to3 has been removed from Python 3.13

Indeed,
I got confused because there's only debian/ in git.

lockfile is still dead upstream...
this bug should at least be retitled but I'm not coming up
with anything optimal right now
