If you run
  $ ptx -Gg222
  exec qemu-system-x86_64 -bios /usr/share/ovmf/OVMF.fd -enable-kvm -smp 20 -m 6g -drive file=/dev/zvol/filling/store/nabijaczleweli/vm-FreeBSD-13-RELEASE,format=raw,id=vda,if=none -device virtio-blk-pci,drive=vda -net user,hostfwd=tcp::10023-:22 -net nic,model=virtio-net-pci
then ptx starts 100%ing.
