When I invoke `dget -x http://http.debian.net/debian/pool/main/i/isc-dhcp/isc-dhcp_4.4.3-P1-2.dsc` from the shell it fails to verify the signature because the public key is not present in the local keyring. Updating the local keyring didn't help, as the key pertaining to the relevant maintainer has been updated in the keyring, but the package is still using the old signature. $ dget -x http://http.debian.net/debian/pool/main/i/isc-dhcp/isc-dhcp_4.4.3-P1-2.dsc ... ... isc-dhcp_4.4.3-P1-2.dsc: dscverify: isc-dhcp_4.4.3-P1-2.dsc failed signature check: gpg: Signature made Fri 05 May 2023 01:47:46 PM UTC gpg: using EDDSA key 59563CED63C6FE4F2E37A07D62B410892A1DBA1D gpg: issuer "santiago@debian.org" gpg: Can't check signature: No public key Validation FAILED!! I suggest that the package is updated with the newer signature so that the package can be validated. I am running: Distributor ID: Debian Description: Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm) Release: 12 Codename: bookworm kernel: 5.15.0-112-generic Thanks.
