The cpu directory module is now deprecated upstream, so there is no need to adapt golang-refraction-networking-utls for different architectures. please synchronize the upstream software version or merge in the attached patch.

Is this patch[1] had forwarded to upstream?

If not, please do forward.

If new upstream version had fix this bug,  please do build test in your local loong64,
and feedback the build information.

This bug has been mentioned in the email exchange. The upstream no
longer supports the cpu directory. The patch has been tested locally and
the packages that depend on it have also been compiled locally after
using this patch. So please merge the attached patch.
