Dear Maintainer,

There's no version of libsingular4m3n0 avaliable, so we can't install
python3-sage, as well as sagemath.

Maybe the removal of libsingular4m3n0 is related to a problem a
mentioned before, related to the version listed as dependecy. I don't
how or if I can help, please let me now.
