Good morning,

afaict cross-toolchain-base-mipsen's build-dependency on GNU autogen is
unused. I have searched for "autogen" in buildlog and the only
matches besides package installation were multiple instances of

| : #cd /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/gcc/src/fixincludes && ./genfixes

Which is commented and autogen 5.18 was uploaded to Debian about 11
years ago. I am submittimg this now because autogen is EOL and if you
still were actually using it a replacement would need to be found.
