Dear Maintainer,

It seems that build issues for ppc64el are resolved[1]. I have tested it by
building the package in sid ppc64el chroot.
Would it be possible to consider enabling ppc64el?

Best Regards,
 Vladimir.

Building the software is one part. But does the built software function
proper ? And does upstream support that architecture ?

We'd like to stick to what upstream is doing. So if there's an official
list of supported architectures upstream, we'd be glad to enable them
in Debian as well.

Building the software is one part. But does the built software function
explicitly mention ppc64le.

Any update here? Lack of progress here has now resulted in PCP v7
being removed from testing. We're preparing an update to build PCP
without bcc support on ppc64le but we'd prefer to enable this once
more if possible.

Thanks!

Now the ppc64el Build-Depends can be resolved.
